Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, May 23, 2025: Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL), through its wholly owned subsidiary Republic Bank Trinidad & Tobago (Barbados) Limited (RBTTBL), on May 21, 2025 notified Cayman National Corporation Ltd. (Cayman National) of its intention to make an all-cash conditional offer to purchase the outstanding ordinary shares of Cayman National (Offer).
